Furniture Amnesty Day

Furniture Amnesty Day is an annual event, usually held on the final Friday of July, that allows local residents to donate furniture they no longer need so others can select from the donated goods for free.

This event helps to find new homes for hundreds of pieces of furniture. This year, it will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, August 1 at City Park. (The event has been postponed by one week due to excessive rainy conditions on July 25.)
