  • Based on City Ordinance, parking permits are sold only to residents of the restricted area. Residents are limited to two regular parking permits and one guest permit per dwelling unit and cost $5 each. Year, make and license plate number of the vehicle is also required.

    • Online by credit card or bank account
    • By cash, check or credit card at the Customer Service office (only when City Hall is open)

    • At our dropbox behind City Hall (south parking lot)

  • Yes, within 30 days after turning 6 months of age, dogs and cats must be licensed and vaccinated in Manhattan.

  • Based on City Ordinance, a pet license can only be issued through the rabies vaccination expiration date.
