Fitness with Enell

This class is a fitness and flexibility training program for older adults wanting to achieve a better quality of life through responsible, pain-free movement. Instructed by Enell Foerster.

Walk With Ease

The Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease Program is a exercise program that can reduce pain and improve overall health. If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increased pain, you can have success with Walk With Ease. Walk With Ease will help you: motivate yourself to get in shape, walk safely and comfortably, improve your flexibility, strength, and stamina, and reduce pain and feel great!Instructed by Enell Foerster.

Adult Pickle Ball Club

Pickle ball is a cross between tennis, table tennis and badminton. It is played with wooden paddles and a plastic wiffle ball. The object of the game is to hit the ball so that your opponent is unable to hit it back over the net. This is a free activity.

The fitness area at the Douglass Community Recreation Center Annex is complete with machine weights and cardio equipment. Call 587-2773 for a tour and orientation.

Senior Programs Refund Policy

Full refund is given if registration is canceled prior to one week before start date. Partial refund is given if canceled between one week and 48 hours prior to start date. No refund is given if within 48 hours of start date.
