Be creative with one of our arts and crafts classes designed for ages 7 years and older. Classes are held at the Community House, 4th and Humboldt, and are taught by experienced instructors. These classes fill quickly.

Youth Arts & Pottery - Summer 18' (Session II starts week of July 9)

Youth 2-D Art           Ages 5-17 Learn several 2-dimensional art forms such as drawing, painting, printmaking and collage.
Youth 3-D Art Ages 8-17 Learn sculpting techniques such as paper mache, clay and assemblage while forming 3-dimensional art. Register
Jewelry Ages 8-17 Make cool jewelry with beads, macrame and wire. Materials will be provided. Register
Painting Ages 10-17 Learn basic painting techniques using water-based media. Materials will be provided. Register
Print Making Ages 8-17 Learn to create stamps, reliefs, lino cuts and other prints for use in artwork. Materials will be provided. Register
Collage Ages 8-17 We will be using mixed media, magazines, and decoupage to create interesting and unique artwork. Register
Tall &  Small Pottery Ages 3-5 Start your little one's artistic career off with this parent/child class where they will learn the basics and get quality time with a parent! Register
Youth Pottery Ages 7-17 Teaches basic hand-building techniques as well as glazing your clay art to take home. Includes 25 pounds of clay and glazes. Register
 Team Pottery Ages 6+ Basic hand-building techniques and glazing our art to take home! One child and one adult together will participate. Register

Adult Pottery - Summer 2018 (Classes start week of June 4)

Learn hand-building and wheel-throwing techniques with clay in addition to glazing bisque pieces. Get creative with experienced instructors. Includes 25 pounds of clay and glazes.
