Be creative with one of our arts and crafts classes designed for ages 5 years and older. Classes are held at the Community House, 4th and Humboldt, and are taught by experienced instructors. These classes fill quickly.

Youth Arts & Pottery - Summer 2017 (Classes start week of June 5th)


Tall & Small Pottery Ages 3-5 with an adult Start your little one's artistics career off with this great class where they will learn the basics while getting some quality family time. Parents required to attend. Register

Ages 7-16 Learn art forms such as drawing, painting, printmaking, beading, jewelry and sculpture. Register
Youth Art (2D) Ages 5-17
Learn art forms such as drawing, painting, printmaking, beading, jewelry and sculpture.

Youth Pottery Ages 7-16 Teaches basic hand-building techniques as well as glazing your clay art to take home. Includes 25 pounds of clay and glazes. Register
Team Pottery Ages 7+ with an adult One adult and one child team together to create. Additional children can be included for a small fee. Includes 25 pounds of clay and glazes. Register

Jewelry Ages 8-17 Make cool jewelry with beads, macrame and wire. Materials provided. Register
Printmaking Ages 8-17 Learn to create stamps, reliefs, lino cuts and other prints for use in artwork. Materials provided.

Knitting Ages 7-17 Learn basic skills and techniques for working with yarn. Register
Painting  Ages 10-17 Learn basic painting techniues using water-based media. Materials provided. Register
Collage Ages 8-17 We will be using mixed media. magazines, and decoupage to create interesting and unique artwork. Register
